Insurance Information

Our Current Insurance Relationships

We currently work with patients who have the following insurance
plans on an out-of-network basis.

Out-of-Network

Aetna PPO

Patients with an Aetna PPO plan may have out-of-network benefits
that help reimburse a portion of eligible procedure costs.
Coverage, deductibles and reimbursement amounts vary by plan.

Out-of-Network

Wellcare

Some Wellcare plans may provide benefits for care received from an
out-of-network provider. Your exact benefits depend on your
individual policy and the type of procedure being considered.

Flexible Payment Plans

Financing Through Cherry

We offer Cherry Payment Plans to help eligible patients divide
treatment costs into more manageable monthly payments.

You can apply using our practice’s unique Cherry link, review the
payment options available to you and select a plan before completing
your treatment checkout.

Applying uses a soft credit check and does not affect your credit
score.

Break eligible treatment costs into scheduled monthly payments.

Qualifying 0% APR options may be available, subject to
eligibility.

Review your available plan terms before agreeing to financing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Insurance and Financing FAQs

Find answers to common questions about coverage, reimbursement and
payment options.

Do you accept insurance?

We currently work with Aetna PPO and Wellcare patients on an
out-of-network basis. We are not contracted as an in-network
provider with these insurance plans.

Can I still receive insurance reimbursement?

Possibly. Some policies reimburse a portion of eligible services
received from an out-of-network provider. Reimbursement depends
on your benefits, deductible, coinsurance, procedure and the
insurance company’s coverage determination.

How can I verify my out-of-network benefits?

Call the member services number on your insurance card. Ask
whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits for the
procedure, whether preauthorization is required and what
deductible or coinsurance may apply.

Does insurance guarantee that my procedure is covered?

No. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment.
Coverage decisions and reimbursement amounts are determined by
your insurance company after it reviews the claim and supporting
documentation.

What is Cherry financing?

Cherry is a third-party financing platform that allows eligible
patients to divide treatment costs into monthly payments.
Available terms vary based on the applicant and the financing
offer.

Will applying with Cherry affect my credit score?

Cherry states that applying involves a soft credit check, which
does not affect your credit score. Payment activity may be
reported after a payment plan is finalized.

Can I use Cherry if I also have insurance?

Cherry may be used for eligible patient-responsibility amounts,
including treatment costs or balances not paid by insurance,
subject to your approval and financing terms. Please speak with
our office about the payment process for your procedure.

Can your office estimate my treatment cost?

After your consultation and treatment recommendations, our team
can provide information about the anticipated practice fees.
Insurance reimbursement cannot be guaranteed and may differ from
preliminary estimates.

Have Questions About Your Options?

Contact our office before your consultation. Our team can explain our
payment process and help you identify the questions to ask your
insurance provider.
